The short version: we store what the service needs to run, we sell nothing, and deleting your account deletes your data.

What we store. Your email address, a scrambled form of your password (we cannot read it), your two-factor settings if you enable them, and the tunnels and agents you create: names, ports, regions.

What we log. Standard server logs with connection addresses and times, kept for running and defending the service: spotting abuse, debugging problems, counting load. Player traffic passes through our relays to reach your server; we do not read it, record it, or keep its contents.

Cookies. One cookie, for keeping you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.

The bot check. Sign-in and sign-up use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out, so those two forms load a small check from Cloudflare. Our site also sits behind Cloudflare, as a large part of the internet does.

Nothing is sold or shared. No data goes to advertisers or brokers. We would only hand information over when the law genuinely requires it.

Deleting your account deletes your data. Your agents, tunnels and ports go with it, immediately. Operational logs age out on their own.
