Questions people actually ask
Do I have to port forward?
No. The agent on your machine connects outward to us, so nothing opens on your router and your home address stays out of sight.
Does it work behind CGNAT?
Yes. CGNAT means your internet provider shares one public address between many homes, which normally makes hosting from home impossible. The agent only makes outgoing connections, so that stops mattering: the relay gives your server its own public address.
Does my game need a plugin?
No. TrueConnect mode hands your server each player's own address without the game knowing we are in the middle.
What do my players type?
An address and port we give you, like any server address. We hand out the numeric form because every game accepts it; some game clients refuse names.
Which games work?
Anything that runs its own server over TCP or UDP. 14 games set up in one click on any plan, and the Custom option on Plus and Premium covers the rest.
Can someone use this to hide?
No. Your server gets every player's real address, we keep connection logs, and the rules ban using the service to hide anything. It exists so a server behind a home connection can be reached, not so anyone can disappear.
Windows or Linux?
Both. One installer each, everything in one folder, runs as a service, and comes back after a reboot. Panels and Docker setups work too.
Is free really free?
Yes. Game presets, real player addresses, and a spot on the closest free server to you. No card and no trial clock. Today's limits are on the pricing page.
